What foods burn fat is perfect? We get that in one minute, but first we have a number of myths about fat burning foods expose.

Negative Calorie Foods.First,it is a bit of a myth, ike all foods contain a certain amount of calories. There are claims that certain foods need more calories to digest than they contain, but there is no scientific evidence to support this claim. You’ve probably heard of celery and citrus fruit called negative calorie foods, but both set up an effective weight loss because they are low calorie, high fiber, access to space in the abdomen that can be occupied by high-calorie foods.

Green Tea and Hot Peppers. On the other hand, green tea has a slightly thermogenic (fat burning) effect.Unfortunately,it is a very small effect. Drink 3-4 cups of strong green tea will boost your body’s metabolism to give a short, but you’ll have to continue to drink tea throughout the day to maintain it,which means you can expect only about 80 calories burn for 24 – hour period.Chili pepper contains a substance called capsaicin, which is also thermogenic lead to a slight increase, but the maximum dose that can be tolerated only burns about 21 calories.

Unless you plan to bushels of chili and drinking gallons of green tea to eat,it is best to follow fat burning diet is more balanced.

Real foods that burn fat.The good news is, all foods have some thermogenic effect, meaning that the calories needed to fuel the process of digestion for each of the food we eat.But it is also true that the more calories to digest some foods than others.Fat,for example,is very dense in calories at 9 calories per gram of fat (compared to 4 calories per gram of protein or carbohydrates),fat but takes less effort to digest. So you “get” a lot of calories without the “burn” calories so much.

In contrast, protein (with an emphasis on lean),accounting for only 4 calories per gram of protein, but harder to digest. So eat a gram of protein has a much lower “net” effect calories than eating one gram of fat.

As mentioned earlier,is also an important protein for muscle mass increases, because it takes more calories for our bodies to support one pound of muscle than it does a pound of fat, more muscle you have, the more fat your body naturally will burn.

So it can be said of proteins that are the perfect food to burn fat.The average person has about 50 grams of protein per day, body builders and consumers will often 2-3 times that amount.Just be sure to focus on low-fat protein sources like skinless chicken and turkey, fish of all kinds, protein, low fat dairy products, nuts and seeds. You can also use protein shakes as meal replacements, but be wary of something over 1 gram of sugar.Nuts and legumes are also a good source of protein and should be included in a vegetarian diet.
