Rose Water And Acne – Can It Really Help?

Not long ago, someone asked me about the effectiveness of the use of rose water on the face to cure acne. I do not know when, but now, I have an answer to that question.

From what I hear and read, rose water can be used two ways to cure acne. The first is to ride lightly pressed in the juice and apply directly to the face as a face mask treatment. The second way is to use the concept of aromatherapy. After using both methods on my friends who greatly influenced by acne (2 years ago to cure my acne, there is no point in using this method on myself.) I can honestly say that both methods have little effect on acne condition you.

This method may work for you if you know acne is caused by high stress. Stress causes the endocrine system to release a lot of androgen. And the sudden burst of hormones may be the cause of your acne.

Due to little effect, I mean, you can only expect a maximum of 5-10% of improvement over your acne condition. For this to happen, three of my friends that it takes about 4 weeks time. If I were you, I’m going to my energy, time and money to focus on other, more effective treatments. There is a big misconception about acne medications today. People just want a natural treatment, but no medical treatment for their acne. Why? Because natural ingredients do not cause side effects. Is this true? Not at all. In fact, I heard some herbs have side effects on the user caused.

To conclude this article, I concluded that the extract of roses / rose water bring a bit of the effectiveness of your acne condition. You have time to concentrate on more effective treatments, such as eating a balanced diet everyday, applying acne medication, vitamin therapy, and so on
